Opening client/opposition files

Sometimes you cannot open a file emailed to you. They might have a newer version of Word, or Word Perfect or some other writing program. You could have them go back to their document, pick "Select All", "Copy" and then "Paste" into the email. There is a free solution to open the file from your side. Oracle's Open Office is a free download and is a fully featured office program. Click here to download it.

    Now that Oracle has stopped development of Open Office, check out LibreOffice: http://www.libreoffice.org. It is a spin-off of OpenOffice and has the backing of many companies, such as Google and Red Hat.
